I've heard it said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. So it's time to STOP THE INSANITY! To do that we're going to make a few changes.

Starting this month we will be opening at 10 am every day instead of 8 am. Who was it that said the early bird gets the worm? And next, we're going to bid adieu to the cheese, fruit and chocolate plate, and the chocolate fondue. Some ideas just aren't really ripe for the picking and those two seem to still be green. Tah Tah!

What's problematic for us is opportunistic for all our customers. Check out our Summer Clearance for some really special deals.

Pralus
François Pralus is one of the rare chocolate-makers (only three exist in France!) whose belief in the Aztec God Quetzalcoatl inspired the creation of his own chocolate.

In order to concoct the quintessential aromas and original bouquets, each "marriage" of chocolate is blended and refined in his Laboratoire Chocolat, set up in 1991.

Some of which contain eighty percent cocoa. The remarkable creativity and the high standards of the Maison Pralus have been awarded with the highest accolades: The Grand Prix d'Excellence International du Chocolat and the Grand Prix du Festival International du Chocolat.

We've just received a shipment of Sugar Free Milk and Dark Chocolate Pieces. Both the milk and dark chocolate sugar free pieces are available in eight oz. packages. Also, within the next few weeks, we'll be adding sugar free chocolate nut clusters.

The sugar free chocolate we've chosen is a unique European style conched chocolate under the Debelis brand. Debelis produces sugar free chocolate using maltitol or lactitol or sometimes both. If you're looking for a quality sugar free chocolate, you've just found it!
cheesecake
In the refrigerated case there are now petite (very petite) cheesecakes. They are cheesecakes with a surprise--an oreo cookie baked into the crust. They also have caramel, cherries, or oreo cookies on the top.

This is the first step in expanding our line of refrigerated desserts. Petite cakes, cupcakes, and refrigerated desserts can be ordered in advance for parties. We would be honored to supply desserts for your next special occasion.
